Security Features - Hourly Command Limits

Yet another security of iForgot is the ability to control how many commands per hour are processed.

Hourly Command Limits

To prevent unauthorized users from exploiting iForgot by flooding your inbox with random commands, configure iForgot to respond to a limited number of commands per hour. While you will normally only use iForgot once or twice per day, you should initially set iForgot to respond to between five and ten commands per hour. Once you are comfortable with your use habits, reduce or increase the limit as needed.

As an added feature, select the checkbox "Notify Authorized Accounts When Limits Exceeded" to send a message to notify you that the command limit was exceeded. iForgot will never send any command-related emails to external accounts, other than those explicitly authorized by a confirmation email from the authorized accounts.
