Security - Do Not Allow File Forwarding

Forwarding documents you left behind is easy, but you can limit file forwarding to external email addresses with a single check.

File Forwarding

Most of the remote search commands have the option of forwarding the found file to an external email address. To prevent accidental forwarding of important files to external addresses, checking this box will allow the authorized command accounts to retrieve files, but will disable the ability to forward them to external addresses.

As an example, when this option is checked, the following command will be processed by iForgot, but responses will not be forwarded to the external address:

ifgt fi email@mac.com -c search terms here

and so the above command is equivalent to the following command:

ifgt fi -c search terms here
