You can configure Blog.Mac to upload pictures from your Mac's camera using the iSight preference pane

iSight Preferences

Adjust the upload frequency and the quality of the uploaded image using the sliders. Lower quality images are smaller in size and will therefore be faster to upload, quicker to download, and will have a reduced impact on your monthly download quotas. If you want an audible beep to play two seconds before an image is taken, check the box labeled "Warn with sounds before taking iSight snapshot".
