Podcast Episode

Each Podcast needs certain information associated with it to enable publishing and searching for the podcast on the iTunes Music Store.

Add Podcast Episode Files

Create a podcast using GarageBand or a similar recording program (be sure GarageBand is set to export your podcasts to disk)
Use the Media Browser to drop an audio file into the podcast box and select a file name in the preview sheet
Click the "Upload" button to upload the file to your iDisk
Your podcast files are uploaded to your /Sites/blog/podcasts/ folder on your iDisk
