- Added Live Folders; allows you to add folders like "Documents" or "Movies" and Apparatus will update the menus and submenus with all items currently in those folders
- Changed the "Configure" command to bring System Preferences in front of all other applications
- Fixed a bug that caused the preference pane to crash after performing a drag operation to reorder the menu items
- Changed the behavior when adding new items to preferences while a submenu is selected; submenu is now opened when a new item is added
